Advise for OGUK, PEME, OFFSHORE,SAFARE MEDICAL, CARDIOLOGY CH. UP

1. Fasting for at least 8 -10 hours (not more than 10 hours) (pure water intake is allowed; No food, coffee or tea prior to blood collection).
2. Avoid smoking and exposure to noise at least 12-24 hours prior to assessment.
3. Must bring a list of medications and recent medical reports, if applicable.
4. Bring eyeglasses or contact lens (if wearing) for vision test, as well corrective lenses, if any
5. Bring your vaccination record for our reference (if there is any)
6. Bring passport or any valid ID for registration purpose
7. Ensure you wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing and shoes on the day of the test
