Advise for OGUK, PEME, OFFSHORE,SAFARE MEDICAL, CARDIOLOGY CH. UP
- Fasting for at least 8 -10 hours (not more than 10 hours) (pure water intake is allowed; No food, coffee or tea prior to blood collection).
- Avoid smoking and exposure to noise at least 12-24 hours prior to assessment.
- Must bring a list of medications and recent medical reports, if applicable.
- Bring eyeglasses or contact lens (if wearing) for vision test, as well corrective lenses, if any
- Bring your vaccination record for our reference (if there is any)
- Bring passport or any valid ID for registration purpose
- Ensure you wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing and shoes on the day of the test
